Doris Jane (Lesnett) Heller

Doris Jane (Lesnett) Heller, age 72, of Portersville passed away unexpectantly early Wednesday morning, August 31, 2016 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, of natural causes.

Born June 25, 1944 in Portersville she was the daughter of the Roy C. Lesnett, Sr of Harlansburg and the late Gladys Jones Lesnett.

She was Presbyterian by faith.

She enjoyed her family, grandchildren, casinos, and bowling.

In addition to her father she is survived by her children James Heller, Jr of Portersville, and Daniel (Shelly) Heller of Volant, her fiancé Ray Bates of Portersville, her five grandchildren Ian Davis, Andrew Davis, Zachery Davis, Garrett Heller, and Shane Heller, her siblings Roy C (Bonnie) Lesnett, Jr, Henry (Drema) Lesnett, Art (Patti) Lesnett, Sandy Savannah all of Harlansburg, Sue (John) McMurdy of Prospect, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband James S Heller, Sr, who passed away August 10, 2005, and her daughter Judy Davis.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street, Prospect.  Funeral service will be 11am on Saturday, at the Raisley Funeral Home. 

Interment will be in the Portersville Bible Church Cemetery, Portersville, Pa.
