I graduated from Slippery Rock High in 1971 and Mrs. Andersen was always one of my very favorite teachers. She was a Beautiful, Sweet, Loving, Kind, and Compassionate Lady who was loved by many. Her Legacy lives on in the lives of all who knew and loved her.

She was such a sweet little lady. I remember her singing and saying the poem at camp. So sorry for your loss . Rest well dear Ruth!

What a wonderful teacher. She taught speech class in junior high, and French class in Senior high. She was such a delight.

Dear Family,
I was privileged to have Mrs. Anderson as my French teacher at SRHS and learned so much from her. She made my friends and me feel confident and sincerely cared about each of us. May you find comfort in knowing that she was a beloved person.

What a ray of sunshine we were all given. I am so glad we were able to share many joyful times together. She is leading the singers in heaven!
