My heart aches for those of us who love Dave and had the opportunity to share his life. He will always be remembered for his unique, quick-witted sense of humor. He will continue to live through the legacy of his 3 beautiful children and 6 lovely grandchildren. Dave, you knew how to live life to it's fullest and brought so much joy to so many. God rest your sweet soul.
Terri

To Dave's Family and Friends: Our hearts are heavy with the loss of a great friend, At the same time our smiles are broad with tears of joy and laughter as we remember and reminisce about the fun times and shared experiences growing from kids to adults, We were so privileged to even say we were friends with Dave. Wrestling matches, working together at McDonald's, joining a church just so we could play basketball, playing Frisbee at the Dam, hoops, concerts, sleeping outside, tailgates, and more laughs than most people have in two lifetimes. His smile and mild mannered approach to life is why everyone around him enjoyed his company, even if it was sitting around a fire BS'ing and drinking beer. Being with Dave made all of that stuff seem so important. We are better people because Dave made life better when he was with us. What a good man!!!!

My heart is heavy , we spent a lot of times together growing up in evans manor. I was thinking of the cabins we build and just running and playing being a kid. RIP DAVE

Erin, Wes, Shannon and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I will ALWAYS have fond memories of your dad from running around the trailer court as little kids, and then sleepovers at the new house. All of our softball games and brothers baseball games and football games. I will forever see his smile in you guys. I send all of my love to all of you.šŸ˜¢
