Sandra (Lucas) Mondak

Sandra L. Lucas Mondak, age 70, of Prospect, passed away early Saturday morning, July 15, 2017 in the Butler Memorial Hospital, following an illness.

Born April 17, 1947 in Warren, PA, she was the daughter of the late James and Helen Thompsen Lucas.

She is survived by her loving husband Lawrence Mondak, daughter Tammy Knapp of Warren, PA, two grandchildren, and two brothers Rob Lucas and Harry Lucas of Warren, PA.

Cremation services have been entrusted to the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street, Prospect, PA.
