Albert J. Scheller

Albert J. Scheller, age 80, of Evans City, passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 23,2023 of natural causes.

Born June 21,1943 in Bellevue, Allegheny County, he was the son of the late Ambrose and Stella Przeklassa Scheller.

In 2005 he retired from the Plumbers Local 27 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Albert enjoyed traveling, hunting, NASCAR, and dirt track racing.

He is survived by his children Michael Scheller of Butler, Patricia (Robert) Perine of Zelienople, and Cindy (Keith) Edkins of Cranberry Twp.; his grandchildren Stephanie (Joshua) Deckman, Derek Scheller, Tyler Scheller, Madison Edkins, Ethan Edkins, Abriella Perine; and his great grandson Hayden Deckman; siblings William (Mary) Scheller of Butler, Richard Scheller of Zelienople, Thomas Scheller of Mars, and Mary (Leo) McLaughlin of Wexford; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years Karen L. Scheller, who he married July 25,1964 and passed away on November 5, 2021.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, Sept 26,2023 from 4pm to 7pm at the Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, pc., 387 Main Street, Prospect.

Additional visitation will be on Wednesday, Sept 27,2023 from 10am until time of service at 11am in the Raisley Funeral Home, with Rev Ben Oesterling, officiating.

Interment to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect.
