Duane Louis Lindey

Duane Louis Lindey, age 48, of Grove City passed away Friday evening in the emergency room at the Grove City Medical Center.

Born August 9, 1965 in Butler, PA, he was the son of Charles William Lindey, and the late Margaret Mary Miller Lindey.

Duane loved his family, and enjoyed golfing.

He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Karen Jo Eury Lindey; his two children at home; Hayleigh Nicole Lindey and Joseph Frederick Lindey; his father Charles William Lindey of Grove City; his siblings:  Cynthia (Richard) Sankey of Volant; Charles Arthur Lindey of Prospect; LaVerne (Patricia) Lindey of Butler; Valerie (Scott) Ireland of Prospect; his mother in law Carol Eury of Grove City; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and two sisters in law. 

He was preceded in death by his mother and step son.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, June 9, 2014 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street, Prospect.  The funeral service will be on Tuesday, 11am, in the Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Prospect, 143 Church Street, Prospect.  Please meet at church.

Interment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect.
