Kenneth E. McKean - - - Age: 62
of Butler, died at home early Monday morning, April 12, 2004 following a long courageous battle with cancer.
He was born July 26, 1941 in Parker, PA and was the son of the late Michael and Dorothy (Moore) McKean.
He worked at Pullman Standard for 19 years until its closure.
He enjoyed woodworking, camping, and spending time with his family.
He was a US Army Veteran.
He was Protestant.
He is survived by: His wife Denise (Cable) McKean, whom he married Sept. 1, 1984.
- One Son: Mark McKean and his wife Kim of Butler
- Two Daughters: Kelee Garmong and her husband Shawn of Findlay, OH
- - and Kassandra (Kasey) McKean at home

- Three sisters: Vivian Kiley and her husband Joseph, of Butler
- - - Carol (Joyce) Bellis and her husband Gary, of Butler
- - - Barbara Rovetto of North Carolina
- One Brother: Donald McKean and his wife Ruth of Phoenix, Arizona.
- His In-Laws: John and Lorraine Cable of Fombell
and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: Parents, One Daughter: Kimberly McKean, Two sisters: Pat Shaw and Bernice Hale, and One Brother: Mike McKean, and two nephews.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Edward L Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street Prospect. The funeral service will be Wednesday morning 11:00AM at the Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Greenlawn Burial Estates, Mt. Chestnut.
