Norman K. McCoy - - - Age: 64
of Portersville, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2004 at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, following a lingering illness.
He was born November 19, 1939 in Templeton, PA, and was the son of Maxine Wolfe McCoy and the late Dalton McCoy.
He weighed and inspected trucks at the Sechan's Limestone and Gravel Plant, formally in Portersville, and also worked at the Shop and Save in North Hills.
He was Protestant.
He enjoyed Fishing, Hunting, and Golfing.
He is survived by: His wife, Rose Dufford McCoy, whom he married November 8, 1968,
- his Mother, Maxine McCoy of Kittanning.
- One Brother: Alan McCoy of Pensacola, FL
and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: His Father, 1 Brother, and 1 Nephew
Friends will be received on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Edward L Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street Prospect. The funeral service will be Thursday, 1:30PM at the Funeral Home, with Rev. Lee Dreyer, Pastor of White Oak Springs Church, Officiating.
Interment will be at Greenlawn Burial Estates, Mt. Chestnut.
