Richard George Armstrong, age 61, of Evans City; passed away Tuesday, June 16,2026.
Born September 13,1964 in Bellevue, Allegheny County.
Richard was mechanically gifted and could fix just about anything, and he spent most of his working life as a heavy-duty truck mechanic for his dad at TruckMart USA on Route 422 in Prospect. He was also known for his kind heart and willingness to help anyone in need, showing that kindness through everyday acts of service, especially in the care and support he gave to his mother. Talented, dependable and generous, Rich was always ready to lend a hand.
He is survived by his parents Pete Armstrong, Sr., of Cranberry Twp.; Ruth (Frank) Armstrong of Evans City; his daughter Randi Rock of Prospect; his grandchildren Mya, Skyler, Dominic, and Regan; his siblings Tracy Armstrong, Jeffrey (Alyce) Armstrong, Cindy Sadler, Lisa Armstong, Peter (Tomi) Armstrong, Jr; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son Zackary Armstrong, who passed away in 2016; and his brother Jason Armstrong.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 22,2026 from 4pm until time of service at 6pm at the Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, pc., 387 Main Street, Prospect.
