Rickey Lynn Bridges, age 64, of Evans City, unexpectantly and peacefully passed away at his residence Saturday, February 20, 2021, due to natural causes.
Born August 18, 1956 in Comer, Georgia; he was the son of the late George Thomas and Ople Whitfield Bridges.
He was a painter and owned his own business Bridges Painting Service for over 33 years.
He enjoyed time with his grandchildren, gardening, traveling to see Georgia relatives, hunting, car shows, flea markets, yard sales, watching football: especially Georgia Bulldogs and the Steelers, and his passion was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
He is survived by his children: Brooke (Nathan Defelice) Bridges of Evans City and Nicklas (Alysis Christy) Bridges of Mars; his grandchildren Ethan Defelice, Logan Defelice, and Camille Bridges; his fiancée Patricia Fusaro and her children: Steven, Jonathon, Brandon, Tyler Fusaro-Podobensky, Austin Smith, and Aleesia Fusaro; and his brother Larry Bridges of Georgia.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by many siblings.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2pm to 5pm at the Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, PC., 387 Main Street, Prospect.
Interment will be on Friday, at the Bridges Family Cemetery in Madison County, Georgia.
