Robert J. Biondo

Robert John Biondo, age 78, of West Newton, peacefully passed away on December 30, 2024 in the Butler Memorial Hospital, following an illness.

Born November 19, 1946 in Pittsburgh; he was the son of the late Frank and Katherine Greene Biondo, Sr.

He was a Veteran who honorably served in the US Navy.

Robert was an over the road truck driver for many years until his retirement.

He is survived by his children Brenda Biondo of California, Kimberly (Howard) Lippert of Hampton Twp., Richard (Elizabeth) Biondo of Prospect, Joseph Weber of Apollo, Dustin (Casey) Weber of North Hills, Kathryn Biondo of Vandergrift; Seven Grandchildren; a brother Russell (Shirley) Biondo of Penn Hills; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Frank Biondo, Jr., and Gene Biondo.

The family will hold private services.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, pc., 387 Main Street, Prospect.
