Ronald John Tokarchik, Jr

Ronald John Tokarchik, Jr., age 40, of Franklin Twp., passed away Monday afternoon in a vehicular accident.

Born February 9, 1975 in Zanesville, OH, he was the son of Ronald John and Rose Marie Ott Tokarchik, Sr.

He was a member of the St. Christopher at the Lake Roman Catholic Church.

Survived by his parents Ronald and Rose Tokarchik of Franklin Township, a Grandmother, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 9am to 10am in the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street, Prospect.

Funeral Mass will be 11am on Saturday at the St. Christopher at the Lake Roman Catholic Church, Prospect.

Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
