Stephen Weichey

Stephen E. Weichey, age 45, of Butler, passed away early Wednesday morning, May 8, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot, following an illness.

Born July 23, 1973 in Butler, he was the son of the Stanley and Carletta Somerville Weichey.

He worked in residential construction for many years.

Stephen enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and scrapping.

He is survived by his fiancée Jamie Kaiser, mother Carletta Weichey, Step Father Dale Dunn, nephew Richard Dunn, sister Shannon Dunn, step son Noah Wehunt, granddaughter Valerie Wiles, grandson Levi Wiles, son Shawn Wiles, all of Butler, nephew Jon Fosnaught of Arizona, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins of Butler, Rimersburg, Erie, and New York.

In addition to his father Stanley Weichey, he was preceded in death by his sister Elaine Weichey, both sets of grandparents, and his uncle David Weichey.

Cremation services were provided by the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street, Prospect.

A memorial service will be on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 2pm at Alameda Park.
