Diana L. Campbell Lutz Fair, age 68, of Prospect passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.
Born November 24, 1949 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Janet Wilson Campbell.
She was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Prospect.
She was retired from waitressing, cleaning lady, and nurse’s aide in home care.
Her hobbies were cooking, baking, and dancing.
She is survived by her children Michael (Diane) Lutz of Butler, Jolene Covert of Butler, Quinten (Jen) Fair of Prospect; four grandchildren Justin Dailey, Yazmine Fair, Mason Gallagher, Teagan Fair; siblings Gerald (Becky) Campbell of Harrisburg, and Duane (Donna) Campbell of Prospect.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Clarence Fair, who passed away September 5, 2008.
Services will be private.
