Doris Jean Dague, age 87, of Dick Road, Butler, peacefully passed away at the Good Samaritan Hospice, in Cabot.
Born June 15, 1932 in Glover Gap, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Virginia Morris Yost.
In her younger years, she enjoyed working as a sales clerk in retail. She left her last job at the former Kmart in Butler, Pa and joined her husband in his new business, the former Fisher Carpet Store in Butler until the couple closed it.
She enjoyed cooking, sowing, and baking. She will be remembered for her delicious homemade dinner rolls and pies.
She is survived by her son Vaughn L. (Cam Weible) Glover of Greensburg; her grandchildren Jamie (Adam) Rubin of Las Vegas and Neil (Nicole) Glover of McMurray; her grandsons Augie and Jude; and her brother James (Barbara) Yost of Somerset.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Dague, who died in 1990; and her brother Jack Yost.
Cremation services were entrusted to the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, Prospect.
