Mary Jo (Anesetti) Weir

Mary Jo Anesetti-Weir left her body and went back in wonderful spirit on February 14th, 2024.  

Born on September 8th, 1941 she was 82 years feisty.

Mary Jo was born in Oakdale, PA and later in life was a long time resident of Portersville, PA

Mary has one son Michael Richard Weir who moved back home this year to take care as she wanted to stay home instead of going to a rest home or or do hospice care.

She joins her parents Mario Anesetti, Julia Angela Anesetti and brother Bill Anesetti , Jerry Anesetti and other friends and family in the wonderful joy of being back in spirit!

Her loving nieces are Sharon Anesetti Dixon, and Lauren Anesetti Haag. 

In younger years Mary Jo really loved dancing, and going to see live shows. Then and in recent years hanging out with very close friend and neighbor Tammy Morini.  Huge thanks to Tammy for all she has does for Mary Jo over these years!

She loved all her friends, as they and her son were the light of her life!

She was a strong Italian republican, who loved watching TV and her favorite network was HGTV.  Her favorite shows being David on Million Dollar Dream Home and Jenn on NO DEMO RENO.

She was very loved by all who knew her, and will be missed by all her friends and family!

Cremation services were entrusted to the Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, pc., 387 Main Street, Prospect.
